ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and U.S. residents. Employees of The Hustle are not eligible to enter or win a prize. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. PST on July 11, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on July 15, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, contestants must join Trends by The Hustle, or if the contestant is already a Trends by The Hustle member, they can enter the sweepstakes by referring new members. New Trends by The Hustle members will receive one entry. All Trends by The Hustle members, regardless of how long, who refer new members will receive two entries per referral.

ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: In lieu of an online entry, you may enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: The Hustle Trends Summer Kickoff Giveaway Entries, c/o  The Hustle, 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period to be included in the random drawing, and no more than one postcard/email address may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. 

WINNER SELECTION: 12 winners will be determined by random drawing to be held on or about July 11, 2022. Winners will be selected from entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winners will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within two (2) weeks after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by The Hustle, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, The Hustle may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: Each winner will receive one of the following, 1) a 1 hour call with Sam Parr, approximate retail value (ARV) of $1,925 USD, 2) a 1 hour call with Steph Smith, ARV of $600 USD, 3) a 1 hour call with Jordan DiPietro, ARV of $700 USD, 4) a Codie Sanchez Contrarian Cashflow Membership ARV of $1,500 USD, 5) a MacBook Pro 13” ARV of $1,299 USD, or 6) HubSpot Starter CRM Suite Bundle, ARV of $540 USD. Prize decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Hustle. Overall odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize. No prize transfer. 

CONDITIONS: The Hustle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). The Hustle also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, The Hustle reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE HUSTLE OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to The Hustle all right, title and interest in, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use, the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

Requests for winners’ lists must be received within one month after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
